Prefer to focus on tuna and salmon? The Tuna and Salmon Set (4 varieties) pairs medium-fatty tuna and tuna with salmon and seared fatty salmon. Rather than a broad assortment, it centres on two favourites. Sets are available from a single serving, and you can also add individual choices such as 3 pieces of tuna or 3 pieces of fish-freshness-preserved yellowtail. Sushi is served without wasabi, with wasabi on the side for you to add.
If choosing individual sushi plates does not appeal at lunchtime, a rice bowl is another option. The Tuna and Salmon Bowl combines tuna, albacore tuna, salmon, seared fatty salmon, minced tuna, shiso leaf and spring onion, served with 180 grams of sushi rice. For a wider range of toppings, the 10-Variety Seafood Bowl includes items such as tuna, salmon, conger eel, egg, shrimp, crab meat and salmon roe. Takeaway guidance for both bowls suggests warming the rice until it is around body temperature before eating.
Orders are placed on a large screen using the DigiRO system. One visitor said that watching the sushi arrive on the conveyor after ordering on-screen was a different kind of fun from traditional conveyor-belt sushi. The ordering style suits a quick meal of a few plates as well as dining with family or friends. You can eat in, take away or order delivery.
